I have marketed properties in Castle Pines Village exclusively since 1992, where I raised my family. I have an extensive and detailed database of each Castle Pines Village property. I currently reside in the Cherry Creek North
community, only a mile from my childhood residence. I have an in-depth knowledge of the Denver community as I have been involved with non-profit and community organizations for over 30 years. Some of the organizations and events I have chaired are: the Denver Ballet Guild's Le Bal de Ballet, the Central City Opera House Association Flower Girl presentation, the Central City Opera House L'Esprit de Noel Home Tour in Castle Pines Village, the Colorado Symphony, Warren
Village and the Jr. League of Denver. Prior to becoming a Realtor® I taught school in the Denver Public Schools for twelve years. (I currently volunteer at Bromwell Elementary.) I am a fourth generation native of Denver, and a third generation graduate of the University of Colorado. I have been involved with the CU Buff Club, the CU Foundation, the CU Real Estate School and Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae. My strength as a professional is my commitment to the greater Denver area, my involvement and interest in the arts and sports that are offered in the Denver area and my love of our great mountains.

I have sold $180,000,000 in resale lots and homes, new construction homes and lots in Castle Pines Village as a real estate broker independent of the various developers and developer/builder programs. In the last few years since moving back to Cherry Creek North area, I have been actively selling as both a listing broker and a selling broker.

I have consistently been recognized at the Denver Board of Realtors Realtor Round Table annual awards presentation, including positions in the top 10 for the Denver area.

I was recognized at the Kentwood Company Top Producer dinner in 2007, I joined Kentwood in March of 2007.

I was consistently recognized as a Top Producer for Fuller Towne and Country Properties since the company was founded, including awards in the top 5 for producers.

I was consistently recognized at Fuller and Company as a top residential broker with a sole specialty of Castle Pines Village.

I am presently serving the third year of a three year term as a Director for the Board of Directors of the

Denver Board of Realtors, the oldest trade association in Colorado.

This is an elected position by the membership of the Denver Board of Realtors.

For buyers, I help negotiate the best possible deal and search until I find the perfect property. Nothing
